This counted cross stitch kit, ‘Halley’s Comet’, is the seccond most famous scene
in the Bayeux Tapestry. The comet was regarded as a bad omen. The scene also
shows a crowd of men pointing at the star. The kit includes approximately 12 A4
pages of cross stitch charts. A laminated cover picture and a laminated colour chart.
These cross stitch charts have been compiled from the original Bayeux tapestry with
a maximum of 30 colours used.
